The cutting of the front and rear end faces is done in a way that uses 4 pressure regulating valves to make the process more convenient and lightweight, effectively solving the problem of head collision with the plate.

9	Rough polishing 1; Fine polishing 2		Remove the excess edge trim materials from the top and bottom of the edge-laminated panels, so that the width of the edge trim matches the width of the edge-laminated panels. The edge trimming effect will be better for multiple groups.
10	Quick Four Tracking		High-speed four-head conformal tracking, along with the up-and-down rounding corner device, can make the end face of the sheet material smoother and more aesthetically pleasing, thereby enhancing production efficiency and edge sealing effect.
11	Trimming the edges 1		Double-edge scraping. Remove the wave-like marks produced during the edge sealing process to ensure that the edge sealing and surrounding areas of the board are smooth and flat.
12	Flexible flat scraping		Remove the glue lines, remove the broken wires, without damaging the sheet material.
13	Clean agent		By atomizing and spraying it before the polishing wheel process of the edge banding machine, it effectively removes the remaining glue and other debris from the workpiece.
14	Polish 1  2		Polish the processed sheet material with a cotton polishing wheel. Through polishing, the edge sealing part becomes smoother.
15	Heavy-duty beam guide rail		It is used to support and guide the moving components, performing reciprocating linear motion in the given direction. It has high precision, and the parameters can be adjusted according to the requirements, saving time and improving efficiency.
