CPL — Continuous Pressure Laminate


CPL melamine is a flexible decorative surface material impregnated with melamine resin, manufactured by continuous hot pressing with double steel belts.

Structure

  • Top layer: Decorative paper soaked in melamine resin (wood grain, solid colour, stone texture)
  • Core layers: Phenolic resin kraft paper / non-woven substrate
  • All layers are cured integrally under continuous high temperature and pressure.
